Responsibilities:
To be an assistant in the Sales department & support clients after products are sold. Contact clients by mail, Telephone or online software (MSN, Skype, etc.);  this is the main way of offering support. In addition, I instruct and advise customers when their machines need to be fixed for the first time, or when they have general doubts.

Aspirations:
Having worked in Sign-in-China.com for one year, I am honored to have become a member of their team. My aspirations and plans for the future are congruent with those of the team; a spirit of perseverance and ongoing personal growth is always present, as well as a solid teamwork environment. Aspirations:
During the three years I have worked in this company, I have taken responsibility of Human Resources, Financials, and Administration.  At the moment, I am responsible for administrative affairs and also work as an assistant to our CEO. The core of my job is coordination, implementation, and execution. During the time I have worked here, I have found that one of the most important tasks as a manager is to motivate our staff to give their best and create an environment of teamwork, therefore making everyone work more efficiently. This is my motto.

Position: Overseas Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
As an Overseas Sales Representative, my responsibility is, basically, offering my clients the best service possible.  My duties include:
1. Replying inquiry emails. I always reply inquiry emails within 12 hours of receiving them, including in them detailed information about our products in order to better inform the customers.
2. Introduce matching products to them. If the product I recommended is not suitable to my clients, I need to understand their ideas clearly, and then try to search for products that match theire requirements.
3. After-sales service: Once I do business with some clients, I will call them periodically to ask them about the state of our products. Their comments and advice will help me in future situations.

Aspirations:
It has been almost 5 months since I joined the Sign-in-China.com family. The working environment is very pleasant and inspires me to act thoughtfully. Since I started working here I have had some troubles, but with the advice and sense of direction that was given to me, I was able to get on my feet again and move on. I am young and looking to learn new things, as I told my manager when I first spoke to him, and Sign-in-China offered me a place and an opportunity to grow; I will repay them with my hard work and dedication. I feel honored to be a part of their team and I love my job.
