No matter is cup heat transfer machine,plate press machine, or other flat heat press machine(The differences of high pressure, non-high pressure, shakes the head will be explained later). All of this machines will need a heater, the time controler and setting. Therefore needs a temperature controller and the timer, this kind of controller divides into two kinds, one kind is the digital display controller. Another kind is with a knob which can assigns the temperature or time to the scale division on the dial. Superficially, the two functions and the effects are the same. The difference was the digital demonstration is more esay for operate. But in fact these two kind displayers have much differences in internal electric circuits.

Timer: The scale displayer is depending on the electric capacity charging and discharging time, but electric capacity's charging and discharging are a differential and the integral transformation curve, but is not a straight line, therefore divisions on the dial are even, even if the calibrated dial has imitated electric capacity's differential and the integral curve does, as a result of part's difference, error of indication is very big on the scale displayer. Temperature Controlller: The temperature controller in scale style, its control temperature is generally high and low fluctuates 20 degrees in the hypothesis temperature, but the digital controller is the up and down control 10 degrees generally.Do not think this is not so mcuh difference if it come to a press work only need 25 seconds. Higher and lower for 10 degrees than real temperature , will cause high discards by higher temperature and vague image from lower. So this kind of heat press machines is only the materials need long time press like t shirt. If comes to matel and cemamics , this kind erorr displayer is hard to get a good image.


 

2.Heat Borad or Heat Pad

This part is the core of heat press mahicnes, its importance are like the printhead on the inkjet printers. The value of it occupied 1/4 or top to half of the machine.

most essential request is heat plate/heat pad to heat evenly. In the heat plate/heat pad is depend on some heating wires, the place without heat wire will need the plate or pad to transfer the heat from wires , so that to make the heat evenly on the plate or pad. The higher ability for heat conduction will be better. But it is related to the producing cost and producing technology. The more heat wires will be much better for heat effects, but sometimes it will short circuit. The best matel for heat conduction is the silver, the next is the copper, then is the aluminum alloy, and then will be iron ......

The uneven heat conduction will cause press work not even, over heat , or the picture is too light without enough heat.

The secondary importand part is a power.

The amount of power, will influence to the actual press hour, the uniformity from heat to all the plate or pad. For example: use two cup press machines which ar totally the same exlcuding the power. We make them reach the working tempature at 180 degree. When we put the cup on the heat pad, the tempature will be lower. The big power will take 20secs to back to 180 degree. But the low power cup press machine will take 50 seconds or even to one minute to back to 180 degree. When the time is not so much important when you have less orders. But one minute will become very importand when you have much quantity to transfer, for the cup is the best item to get a big order. So you will need to buy another machine to finish the order and then the think about how importand the one mins it is.
